Return Policy

Damaged Items:

Must be inspected and reported within 2 days of receipt.  Send notification to contactus@offleashdogboutique.com along with your item description and order number to receive a return authorization number and instructions to complete the return.  

Returns/Exchanges:

Many returns happen due to sizing errors.  Measuring a wiggly-butt mutt can be tricky so we believe in the "Measure Twice; Order Once" philosophy. Please consult sizing charts on each item (as they will vary item to item) so you get exactly what you want the first time.  We are able to exchange or provide a store credit on select items if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase.

 

Please contact us at contactus@offleashdogboutique.com for a return authorization number and instructions to complete the exchange/return. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

 

offleashdogboutique.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed (no pet hair, no odors, no stains), and in original packaging with original tags attached.  We understand that sometimes you need to try it on to find out if it fits.  Heaven knows we are all shaped differently!  If that fashion show leaves some fur on the item, please use a lint roller to remove it before sending it back.  Please also include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

Restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

 

We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

 

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:  Clearance or Sale items, Edible items, Seasonal items, Personalized items, Artwork and those which indicate "non-returnable" on the product page.

 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

 

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.  It would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to offleashdogboutique.com and the original return/exchange policy will be applied.  Restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

 

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.
